Tuesday to the Gulf

We continued south today to stay ahead of the 2-4 inches of snow that were forecast for the Tupelo, Mississippi area. We continued on the Natchez trace road for about fifty miles and then got on to highway 45 south to get to Mobile, Alabama and then to Gauthier, Mississippi. We are now on the Gulf of Mexico and are with the Bollings at Shepard State Park Campground. The weather here was 55 when we got in. Sunny skies are predicted for tomorrow and we can't wait to explore the area. We were able to fill the trailer's plumbing system with water today since I think we are free of the danger of frozen pipes. We flushed out the anti-freeze and are now on our own water supply. We actually saw a lot of green fields today while on the road. It is starting to look like April in Michigan.

We saw wildlife on the road the past two days that included deer, eagles, turkey vultures, blue herons, turkeys, egrets and armidillos.

Hope everyone is well and thriving.
A rainy morning. We were the only campers on site.

These white ducks were our only neighbors
